This Privacy Policy explains how Takashi Iwagaya (d/b/a Fusion Performing Arts & Technology) ("we", "us", "our"),
the operator of the Dance Insight service at
app.fusion-arts-tech.com (the "Service"),
collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in (via Google or email/password through
Firebase Authentication), we receive your email address and a unique account identifier.
Videos you upload. The dance videos you submit for analysis, and the
analysis outputs we generate from them (e.g. pose data, overlays, feedback, and preview
images).
Saved clips. If you are a subscriber, analyses are saved to your library
until you delete them or your retention window ends (see “Data retention”).
Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
We do not receive or store your full card number. We store a Stripe customer/subscription
identifier and your subscription status.
Technical & usage data. Basic technical information (such as device/browser
type and log data) needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
To provide the Service — analyze your videos and return results.
To store and display your saved clips (subscribers).
To manage your subscription, billing, and entitlements.
To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
3. How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us
run the Service, under agreements that require them to protect it:
Google Firebase — authentication and web hosting.
Google Cloud Platform — compute and storage for processing and saved clips.
Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and
security of our users or the Service.
4. Data retention
Uploaded videos (raw input) are automatically deleted within 7 days
of upload.
Saved clips are retained while your subscription is active. If your subscription
lapses, your library becomes read-only for a grace period (currently 30 days),
after which it is no longer accessible and is retained cold for a further limited period
(currently 30 days) before permanent deletion.
Account and billing records are retained as needed to provide the Service and
to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
5. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your
personal information. You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by contacting us at
support@fusion-arts-tech.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time
from your account’s billing portal.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including authenticated access and
encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
7. International data transfers
Our providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. Where required,
we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18 (or the age of
majority or digital-consent age in your country), you should use the Service only with the
involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child under 13
has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage only as needed to keep you signed in and to operate the
Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the
“Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
